# Server Plugins

## Overview

The functionality of Servoy can be extended in several ways, one being by plugins.

Plugins can have a server side component and that server side component can expose configuration settings.

The Server Plugins section on the [Servoy Admin Page](/guides/deploy/server-configuration.md#servoy-admin-page) exposes the settings defined by plugins.
